AlphaBeta Labs is a cinematic studio and R&D lab focused on governed creative systems. We combine visual craft with hard validation boundaries so the public-facing result is clear, premium, and technically defensible.
We stay intentionally compact. We do not run broad agency-style workflows, and we do not publish internal implementation details. We operate with a refusal-first posture: unclear ownership, missing provenance, or unsafe scope stops promotion.
We build Kinetic Labs and use it to produce cinema and game-dev outputs under promotion gates. Every promoted output can be traced through validation receipts and replayable evidence.

- Game-dev lane: governed pack outputs, promotion controls, and rollback-ready release posture.
