AetherOS Governed Delivery Update

AetherOS reached governed end-to-end delivery in practice, pairing deterministic build discipline and fail-closed preflight with a shipped Kinetic Labs control-plane UI surface that can evolve behind stable contracts.

• Pinned toolchains, lockfiles, and fail-closed preflight are enforced as part of the delivery path.
• The Kinetic Labs UI Map v1 is merged in main with route-complete control-plane coverage and evidence surfaces.
• UI Map v2 is incubated separately and its promoted primitives are moving into v1 behind stable UI contracts and smoke gates.

Reliability is now enforceable rather than aspirational, and UI iteration can move faster without destabilizing production surfaces.

• Protected PR-only delivery is in use with required checks.
• A published baseline anchor exists for deterministic delivery.
• UI promotion is proceeding behind stable contracts and fail-closed smoke checks.
